In the mix will be talk about how companies can extend SuccessFactors Employee Central using the SAP HANA Cloud Platform, according to Luke Marson, a human capital management (HCM) consultant.
"I think there's going to be maybe one, two, three new solutions on display from some partners and from SAP," Marson said in this Ask the Expert video.
SuccessFactors Employee Central extension package for SAP HANA Cloud Platform gives companies a way to extend the functionality of SuccessFactors Employee Central without modifying any SuccessFactors code, according to Marson.

Marson said he will also be looking to learn more about SAP's HCM-related Fiori applications and about SAP's recent purchase of Fieldglass Inc., a maker of cloud-based HR software used to manage contingent workforces.
But don't expect SAP to get too much into questions about how Fieldglass will be integrated with the rest of SAP's HCM software, Marson said. "I think it's a little bit early to get any idea of the details behind things like integration and strategy. I would expect some overall information on Fieldglass, maybe some demonstrations."
Marson said that he looked forward to learning more about SAP's commitment to running the entire SuccessFactors suite on HANA, its in-memory database platform.
