ISM cites mySAP CRM

Canada Post was awarded the Gartner Customer Relationship Management Award of Excellence at Gartner's annual CRM conference in Chicago. Syspro ranked tops in ERP

Syspro Group's Impact Encore software ranked first in overall satisfaction in the middle market enterprise resource planning category and second in the entry level ERP software category in preliminary results of the 2002 Accounting Research Satisfaction Survey. The Accounting Research Satisfaction Survey is an annual, independent research project undertaken by Salmon & Associates on behalf of K2 Enterprises, a firm that conducts seminars for certified public accountants. Microsoft sets SAP record

Microsoft, Redmond, Wash., has set a new record on the SAP AG Standard Application Sales and Distribution Three-Tier Benchmark, a standard used by companies to measure the scale-up performance of SAP-based systems. A 32-processor Unisys Corp. database server running Microsoft Windows Datacenter Server Limited Edition and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition set a new high-watermark with 26,000 concurrent SAP Standard Application SD Benchmark users, averaging a 1.97-second response time with a throughput of 2,606,000 fully processed business line items.
