Asera Inc. has developed the Asera eBusiness Operating System 5.0 for use with Web services and products from WRQ Inc. have been certified for the mySAP Enterprise Portal.

Asera releases eBusiness operating system

Asera Inc., Belmont, Calif., has released the Asera eBusiness Operating System 5.0, based on Extensible Markup Language and Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition standards. It is designed to model both process logic and user interactions in large, collaborative environments. It can be used to compose and publish Web services from any legacy or packaged software, including SAP and Oracle.

WRQ products SAP certified

WRQ Inc., Seattle, Wash., has received certification for two of its host-based solutions for the mySAP Enterprise Portal. WRQ Verastream for the e-business platform, part of WRQ's Verastream host integration platform, and WRQ Reflection for the Web, the company's Web-to-host product, were both certified.

In-Q-My application server ready

In-Q-My Technologies GmbH, Walldorf, Germany, a wholly owned subsidiary of SAP AG, is now selling In-Q-My Application Server 4.2, after passing Sun Microsystems' Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition Compatibility Test Suite.

Plumtree offers portal help

Plumtree Software, San Francisco, launched the Deployment Drivers Program, which offers downloadable materials for promoting corporate portals and forming user groups, along with a portal deployment guide featuring best practices, resource planning templates and code samples. It is based on the experience of nearly 300 portal customers.

EcVision releases supply chain software

EcVision, Newark, N. J., a provider of collaboration software for automating the international supply chain via the Internet, released XpressB2B, a suite of secure Web-based application services for facilitating e-commerce transactions between global trading partners.
