Podcast: Understanding SAP analytics

More SAP customers are beginning to build and deploy composite applications using NetWeaver, according to Roman Bukary, vice president of analytics and composite applications at SAP.

SAP launched more than 100 industry-specific analytic applications at its Sapphire user conference last year. One year later, SAP's composite application strategy was again highlighted at the Sapphire '06 user conference in Orlando, Fla. Analytical xApps remain a key part of SAP's business, explains Roman Bukary, vice president of analytics and composite applications at SAP. By injecting analytics directly into key SAP business processes, end users will get useful and actionable information quickly, according to Bukary, who was interviewed by news editor Robert Westervelt.
