Users can get and share information with other team members through real-time message feeds. A sales manager could use SAP Digital CRM to import customer data from another system, such as Google or Microsoft Outlook, and then track and manage all customer interactions in one place.
SAP Digital CRM is a multi-tenant software as a service (SaaS) application that runs on SAP data centers in the U.S. and the EMEA region. It can be upgraded to SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP's enterprise cloud CRM platform, using the same tenant. It's available from the SAP Store, where users can purchase it directly without purchase orders, invoices or a lengthy RFP process.
