I'm using SAP Connector but work items are not delivered to my Outlook inbox. Which points should I check?

First place I would look is transaction SCOT. See if there are any items that are in WAITING or ERROR status.

Then I would make sure that program RSWUWFML has been scheduled to run periodically in your system. This is the report that actually initiates the whole 'Send to SAP Connector' process.

Following that, I would check whether User Forwarding has been switched on. This can be done by looking at your Personal Inbox Settings. Use Tx SO36 to turn forwarding on.

Finally, I would ensure that my Internet Email address in my User Master record (otherwise the Connector does not know who to send it to). Good Luck!
