Pros and cons of country grouping

What are the pros and cons of configuring several countries (which do not have standard SAP version or add-onn)...

under one country grouping (MOLGA)? For the full SAP HR scope project and for SAP HR project without Payroll. I mean the situation when HR department in one country manages personnel for several countries.


I would not recommend throwing all of your employees into one country grouping if they are in several different groupings. Some of the top reasons for this are if you do not currently have Benefits implemented and are looking to implement it in the future, you could have some issues. The same thing goes for Payroll. If you are also looking at different Time Evaluation Rules in the future, you may have a problem throwing all of the employees into one Country Grouping.
