In my production system, I have one job called DAILY_WF_PROCESS_REPEATING, for the program: SAPWFPR1. The job frequency...
shows: spaces. I am not sure how this workflow job is triggering. Some times, this job runs every half-hour. No other details are available to investigate. When I see job details, It shows me created/changed at 10:31:00 planned start: 11:31:01. Please advice. (This job is running under a user id, I would like to change this also, because I need to put this job to a generic user id.)
Yes I remember seeing that one and it stumped me for the same reason. I also couldn?t work out how this job was being run every half hour and yet not be a periodic job? The answer lies in the report itself. If you take a closer look you will see that this report actually reschedules itself! I am not sure why SAP has done this. You should ensure that this job runs under a User ID which has appropriate authorization. WF-BATCH is always a popular choice.
