How do we delete the central instance and transfer it to another server? Our current setup is that we have one server wherein the DB and central instance are installed. I'd like to transfer the central instance to the different server.
It is not that difficult to move the central instance to another server. Stop the current central instance and install a new one using the standard SAP installation tools. Then upgrade the SAP kernel to at least the version it had on the source, copy and modify the default and instance profiles and off you go.
Another option could be to change the profile settings in the default and instance profiles of an already existing...
application server. In other words, move the enqueue and message server functionality to another server in the SAP landscape.
