How do I print Smart Forms in landscape mode on a Zebra printer? I already set the print configuration on the Zebra...
printer driver and tried to choose a landscape page format (other than DINA4). However, it still printed out in standard portrait format. Did I miss anything?
No, you didn't do anything wrong. The short answer is: You cannot rotate the label output for a smart form to produce landscape labels. According to Zebra, this is due to a limitation in their ZPL II printer language.
There is a workaround, but it is too complicated to go into here. If you wish to learn more about it, I suggest that you go to Zebra's SAP Smart Forms page then select "SAP Smart Forms Technical Documentation". This takes you to free documentation found on Zebra's website.
