If you have access to the operating system, you should be able to find the application server hostnames from the SAP instance profiles.
- The variables SAPSYSTEMNAME and SAPSYSTEM are defined in the instance profile.
- The HOSTNAME is defined by SAPLOCALHOST or SAPGLOBALHOST which is in the instance or in the start profile. If neither is defined, it is the hostname of the system.
