Configuring the view and viewset functionalities in IC WebClient

I am working on IC WebClient and I have a question about configuring the view and viewset functionality. Usually the default views (5 views) open when I click on 'interaction record id' on navigation bar, but I only want to view one display. Am I able to configure this functionality without XML code? If so, where and how do I change this issue?

I am not sure about the version of SAP CRM you are currently working with. However, you can enhance the functionality if you are working on SAP CRM 5.0 and below. Also, you can configure this to a certain extent if you are working with SAP CRM 2006S.
