Without PCP and budgeting, if the Compensation Management module is configured, are there any implications? The Org Management part is setup correctly. Please advise.
Even though SAP groups together PCP and Compensation Management, they are unique and individual sub-modules within HR. Each can be implemented seperately without any negative implications.
