I would definitely pull up the PO for Receipt in the MIGO transaction, if it's there then that means that the PO is relevant for GR. Have you checked the status for the SC -- does it show the PO update?
Also, is the Vendor for the PO marked as ASN relevant? On the PO in SRM, if you look at the Header details, is the Goods Receipt indicator checked?
