Viewing modifications in current system

Do you wish to view any or all modifications in your current system? Starting version 4.x onwards, Transaction SE95 lets you easily view any or all modifications in the current system. It shows you the name of the person who made the change, the date of change and the transport number. Previously, the only way to obtain this information was to gather information from user documentation and other sources and then performing a painstaking analysis.
