Transporting user master records, authorizations and profiles between clients

When you want to transport between clients from the same SAP system, 
you can use the standard report RSCLACOP., which copies user master 
records, authorizations, and profiles from a source client to a 
target client.

The RSCLACOP report has to be started from the target client which 
must have already defined.This report first deletes all the user master
records, authorization and profiles in the target client and then copies
from the source client.
