TCodes and VLookup

Using agr_tstc and agr_tcodes tables you can run a list of
all your Activity Groups, TCodes and TCode descriptions.  
Then, by running a list of your Activity Groups you can merge them 
together by using VLookup in Excel or a query in Access and produce 
a table with all the TCodes associated with an Activity Group and 
their descriptions allowing managers to determine what authorizations
will give their team what they need do their jobs.  

This is a more exact and secure way of handing out authorizations
keeping managers more informed and helps avoid authorization creep.
