Shortcut to downloading a file from SAP

Shortcut to downloading a file from SAP

If you wish to download data or information in SAP from a particular screen or table, do the following:

1. In the SAP command field, type in: "%pc"

2. Press Enter.
A window appears entitled "Save list in file" and asks you "In which format should the list be saved?"
Choose from "unconverted", "Spreadsheet", "Rich text format", or "HTML format".

3. Click on the green check after you have made your choice.
A screen appears entitled "Transfer List to a Local File"

4. Type in a path and file name on your PC where you want the data downloaded to (remember the path and filename)

5. Press Enter.
