Sending a workitem via e-mail

In the Enterprise Buyer Professional, to send a task via e-mail don't use the R/3 standard program, but use the EBP specific: RSWUWFMLEC.

This gives you the opportunity to send a mail for example for the approval of a shopping cart with a direct link to the workitem. Everything is standardized. You can even allow your users to reply to the mail; they don't even need to log into the EBP.

Other tips: Make a variant with a limited number of value for the task you want to send outside.
