Run the SAPlogon with the following parameters:

<path>:saplogon /INI_FILE=c://mysaplogon.ini

The path in most cases is: c:Program FilesSAPFrontEndSAPgui (in SAPGUI 6.2)

If the file doesn't exists, SAPlogon automatically creates a new, empty one.
