Reports - number of selections

For Report Painter / Writer reports, it can be useful to review the frequency of use / execution to determine low usage. To query the number of times users have executed a report, carry out the following steps:

1. Enter Transaction SE16
2. Enter table reference T803J
3. Enter the report groups you wish to query (... for user specific reports, you may have prefixed them with a 'Z' or a 'Y' in which case you can enter 'Z*' or 'Y*')
4. The column "No. Of Slctns" will tell you how many times the report has been executed (field 'NUM_EXEC")
