Program locked by author

This scenario may occur when you have to make changes to a program in which the previous author has editor lock checked in the attributes for that program.

When you get the message "Changes to programxxx are forbidden by authorxxx".

One possible solution for this is, the same author has to login and deselect the checkbox for editor lock.

If the previous author is not in the company anymore, you have to ask your Basis person to reset the password and you can login with that person's ID and remove the editor lock.
