Locking users

Do you need to do maintenance on a system and want to make sure that no one logs on while you're working? There's a quick and simple way to do it.

Start the program EWULKUSR. In the dialog box that follows, you can mark the users that are "Euro-Administrators". This is because the program is based on the modifications neccessary to the Euro migration. The named Euro-Administrators are still able to log on while all other users are blocked.
