only stop jobs that already exist in TBTCO; new jobs could be created and run with no restriction. Also, BTCTRNS2 will reset the status of all 'Z' jobs to 'S' (Ready), regardless of what their status was before BTCTRNS1. Because we use an external scheduling program, that would not work because the scheduler requires jobs to be in a scheduled ('P') state.
