Clean up the TP directory

Need to clean up the TP directory? Here are step-by-step instructions:
 Login to the system
 T-code - STMS
 Click on System Overview (F6)
 Double click on system <SID>
 Select the tab Transport Tool
 Click on Change
 Click on Insert Row
 Select the Input Help (F4)
 Add the parameters DATALIFETIME, OLDDATALIFETIME, COFILELIFETIME and LOGLIFETIME one by one
 Set the desired value, the values are in days
 Save the settings and come out
 For cleanup the old files, refer the SAP note no. 41732 and proceed as per steps mentioned in the note.
