Basis best practices: How to reset buffers

Please note: resetting of the buffers could change the performance of the entire system. Here is an overview of the buffers you're looking for:

/$SYNC - buffers of the application server
/$CUA - CUA buffer of the application server
/$TAB - the TABLE buffers of the application server
/$NAM - the nametab buffer of the application server
/$DYNP - the screen buffer of the application server
