Another way to find the parameters used in a background job

Here's a shorter way to find the parameters used in a background job.

While Errol Wilensky's tip is valid, there is a shorter way to achieve the same thing:
In SM37, click "steps" for the job
Click on the step
Click on the user bar "GoTo" then "Variant". You will see the parameters without having to go to SE38. With permissions, you can also change the variant.
