What are the largest tables in your database? Of these tables, which have the most Executions logged, the most Disk Reads and what is the "Table Cache Hit Ratio" and a lot more (in release 4.6C)?

Execute ST04 "Database Performance Analysis" and click on "Detail Analysis Menu" then click on "Table Access". Next, highlight the first entry in the "Size Kb" column and click on the "Sort Descending (F5)" icon. The resulting list will have at the top the largest tables in your database. You can then view the statistics of interest. For Admins with a DBA background, clicking on a selected row will display additional database statistics.
