When possible use Object Oriented ABAP in SAP Workflow. When used correctly, it will provide improved performance over a traditional Business Object Repository (BOR) approach. For those more advanced developers, the use of inheritance in Workflow, in certain situations, can allow for an extension of business process functionality without actually modifying the structure of the workflow. This can be achieved by using polymorphism.
