- In computers, a suite is a set of usually related programs sold together in a single package. Sometimes called "bundled software," suites for consumers and small businesses are available in retail stores or through mail-order outlets, and are sold in boxes containing an instruction manual and one or more CDs (compact discs). Suites for the larger enterprise may offer ways to manage and address major business processes. These suites may require extensive education in their use and involve a considerable investment in resources.
