About SAP PI-XI
SAP NetWeaver Process Integration (SAP PI), formerly SAP Exchange Infrastructure (SAP XI), is SAP's enterprise application integration (EAI) software. The SAP PI middleware solution, or integration broker, exchanges information among a company's internal software and systems and those of external suppliers. The central component of SAP PI is the SAP Integration Server.
