Business process management, including the application of service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles, is red hot right now, as many experts identify this practice as a way to improve SAP project success. At TechEd 2008, SAP introduced its Business Process Expert, or BPX, certification. Specifically, BPX certification is a way of teaching and testing trainees on their knowledge of SAP's SOA platform and best practices in business process management. In this podcast, we speak to SAP's Arnold Jung, who heads up education for mid-market customers, to learn how much BPX certification costs, the course length, who should get it and how it will address the SAP skills shortage.
