 The Americas' SAP Users' Group (ASUG) has been growing its list of active influence councils, giving SAP customers a say in the way the company updates its applications and adds new features to its product set. Matthew Rickard, executive vice president of ASUG and David L. Johnson, director of ASUG's sales and marketing team, discuss the group's active influence councils.
