He interviews James Smith, IT director of dishware and stemware maker Rosenthal USA about the challenges and potential pitfalls to an SAP implementation. Based in New Jersey, Rosenthal has 50 employees and was pressured by corporate executives in Germany to implement SAP Business One, according to Smith. Smith talks about the selection process, discusses the challenges along the way and points out some of the features lacking in SAP's software suite for small businesses.
