RWD adds SAP e-learning software
Columbia, Md.-based RWD Technologies has added an SAP 4.6 Employee Self Service (ESS) e-learning course to its current roster. The new ESS course complements RWD's Web-based SAP 4.6 Navigation course. It is an interactive, self-paced course that end users can take modularly. It covers the most common ESS applications, including time management, travel, benefits and personal information. While working at their own desks, end users can learn new SAP software through demonstrations, interactive simulations, quizzes and descriptions of key concepts.

Plumtree announces new framework technology for SAP
San Francisco-based Plumtree Software has released Enterprise Class Gadget Framework for SAP R/3, which allows SAP users to create Plumtree Gadget Web Services for integrating SAP R/3 data into the Plumtree Corporate Portal without any coding. To accommodate the customized ways in which SAP can be deployed, the SAP Framework connects to dynamic libraries of all the objects and functions available in SAP R/3, offering SAP experts the flexibility to Web-enable the parts of SAP most important to their business.
Ogilvy & Mather sets sights on mySAP Human Resources
Newtown Square, Pa.-based SAP America Inc. has announced that Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide chose mySAP Human Resources (mySAP HR) software to simplify human resources activities. Ogilvy & Mather, based in New York, will use mySAP HR to retain employees and encourage workforce collaboration. This will translate to better service for its Fortune Global 500 clientele, the company said.
