Sapphire is rapidly approaching. The week of May 11, thousands of SAP customers and partners, as well as analysts and press will descend upon Orlando for the annual user conference, held in tandem with the annual conference of ASUG, SAP's largest user group. They'll find out what's new with SAP, network with their peers and learn how to better run their businesses.
Among them will be Ray Wang, vice president and principal analyst at Forrester Research. Ray is a veteran of Sapphire conferences in the United States, Europe and Asia. He volunteered to lend some advice on how Sapphire attendees can get the most out of this year's conference.
