Last week, the Americas' SAP Users' Group (ASUG) announced that Steve Strout, its incoming president, would become the organization's first full-time employee. To get more details on what the move means for ASUG, SearchSAP.com spoke with Strout, former ASUG president Rod Masney, and Stefan Kneis, SAP's executive liaison to ASUG.
