10. What elementary step(s) is/are associated with workflow customizing in SRM?

a) The workflows to be used have to first be activated in customizing.
b) The organization buffer of the organizational plan has to be refreshed first, using the transaction SWU_OBUF.
c) The IMG activity, "Maintain Standard Settings for SAP Business Workflow" can be configured by any user with access to this transaction.
d) Workflow start conditions need to be configured by business objects (e.g., BUS2121 for the shopping cart).

ANSWER(S): A, D

Prior to using any of the scenarios in SRM, the workflow environment needs to be configured. Even if no approvals are to be triggered in your business process, SRM needs to be configured for triggering the "no-approval" workflows.

We can configure the standard workflow environment in the IMG > SRM > Cross-Applications > SAP Business Workflow. Standard tasks and workflows can be activated for use.

The automatic workflow customizing activity should be performed by a user who belongs to the "super" user group. If you belong to the "super" user group, and the WF-BATCH user does not exist, it is created and automatically gets the maximum authorization of the current user (SY-UNAME). The system user must have the authorization SAP_ALL if the workflow system is to function without problems.

In the start conditions in customizing, you define which workflow is started under what conditions. The conditions always apply for the entire shopping cart, confirmation, or invoice. For example, you decide that shopping carts must be approved if the total value exceeds $1,000.
