It is not possible to maintain 1:1 mapping between ECC or R/3 and CRM Roles while downloading the customers from ECC or an R/3 system to CRM. Account groups are mapped to the customer classification, which is BP Role CRM000. We could control the mapping between CRM and ECC or R/3 by entering the ECC or R/3 account group in CRM BP while creating it. This is not possible without modifications to R/3 Plug-In while downloading the customers from ECC to CRM.
