3. Enterprise Structure->Definition->Financial Accounting->Define Company Create Company Code name to match the Global Company Code in the FI system
4. Create the Credit Control Area to match the FI system via Enterprise Structure-> Definition-> Financial Accounting-> Define Credit Control Area
5. Create the Business Areas to match the FI system via Enterprise Structure-> Definition-> Financial Accounting-> Define Business Area.
6. Create the Controlling Area via Enterprise Structure -> Definition -> Controlling -> Maintain Controlling Area
7. Create the Operating Concern via Enterprise Structure -> Definition -> Controlling -> Create Operating concern
8. Assign Company Code name to match the Global Company Code in the FI system Enterprise Structure ->Assignment -> Financial Accounting -> Assign company code to company
9. Assign Company Code to Credit Control Area in the FI system Enterprise Structure -> Assignment -> Financial Accounting -> Assign company code to Credit Control Area
10. Assign the Controlling area to the company via Enterprise Structure -> Assignment -> Controlling -> Assign company code to Controlling area
11. Assign the Operating Concern to the Controlling area via Enterprise Structure-> Assignment-> Controlling -> Assign Controlling area to Operating concern
12. Financial accounting -> Financial accounting Global settings -> Document -> Document header - Define document types HR to match FI system for Document types
13. Financial accounting -> Financial accounting Global settings -> Document -> Line item – Define texts for Line Items HR to match FI system for Line items texts
14. Financial Accounting->General Ledger Accounting->G/L Accounts->Master Records->Preparations->Edit Chart of Accounts List. CoA list should match the CoA list in the FI system.
15. Add relationship between Company Code and CoA Financial Accounting -> General Ledger Accounting -> G/L Accounts -> Master Records -> Preparations -> Assign Company Code To Chart of Accounts.
16. Assign Company Code to Chart of Account via Financial Accounting -> General Ledger accounting -> G/L Accounts -> Master records -> Preparations -> Assign Company Code to Chart of Accounts
17. Set up Account Groups via Financial accounting -> General Ledger accounting -> G/L accounts -> Master records -> Preparations -> Define account
18. Set up Account Groups and Field Status via Financial accounting -> General Ledger accounting -> G/L accounts -> Master Records -> Preparations -> Define Account Group. Once you have defined the Account group, you click on the button Field Status and maintain them fro each Account group.
19. Assign Company Code to Field Status Variants via Financial accounting -> General Ledger accounting -> Business transactions -> G/L account posting -> Cary out and check document settings -> Assign Company code to Field Status Variants
20. Maintain Field Status Variants via Financial accounting -> General Ledger accounting -> Business transactions -> G/L account posting -> Cary out and check document settings -> Maintain Field Status Variants
21. Set up Account Groups via Financial accounting -> General Ledger accounting -> G/L accounts -> Master Records -> Preparations -> Define Account Group.
22. After completing creation of the Controlling Area set the Standard Hierarchy, Fiscal Year Control Indicators and Company Codes via Controlling -> General controlling -> Organization -> Maintain Controlling area
