Naeem Hashmi is the CTO of Information Frameworks,an emerging IT research and strategic consulting group. Naeem is an expert in the ERP business intelligence industry and a pioneer in ERP data warehousing. He has more than 23 years of experience in emerging Information Technology research, development, and management, including technologies such as information delivery architecture; e-business; ERP applications; data warehousing; data mining; Customer Relationship Management (CRM); database, Internet, object, and client/server technologies; enterprise application integration; and information architectures.
In addition, Hashmi worked directly with SAP's management and engineering teams to define the requirements and architecture for the SAP Business Warehouse product. He also served as the technical director at Compaq/Digital Equipment Corporation, where he directed early SAP Business Warehouse projects for the benchmark and engineering group, as well a senior information technology consultant and principal engineer for the Compaq/Digital corporate advanced Information Technology and planning group.
Naeem is a member of Intelligent ERP magazine's board of editors, and a contributing author. He is also the author of the highly acclaimed book, "Business Information Warehouse for SAP." Naeem holds BS in Physics and Mathematics, Master of Science degrees in Experimental Nuclear Physics, Radiological Health and Environmental Sciences. Naeem is a frequent speaker at IT industry conferences, such as: DCI, The DW Institute (TDWI), SAP Technical Conference, Oracle Open World and ERP World.
