QUESTION POSED ON: 11 August 2003
2 questions:
1. Does SAP have mass entry screens for IT 15 and 2010, where you can enter cost assignment? I'm aware of PA71, but here the activity type is mandatory, right?
2. Is there a standard report where I can get a list of wage types and their cost assignment in a particular payroll period?

Answer 1: PA70 - Fast Entry and PA71 - Fast Entry of Time Data both work without the need of an activity type. If you are having additional issues with the transactions, I'd check my configuration.
Answer 2: In 470/Enterprise use report RPCPCC00. In other versions, I have seen custom reports written or the use of SAP transaction code PCP0. With PCP0 you can drill down within the Payroll accouting documents. Once in the actual posting document, select an account and drill down. This shows the account number, cost center, wage type, personnel number, debit/credit amount and currency.
