What does function module SMO_SNDBITS_SETX in CRM MW do?

Function Group: SMOJ_SENDBITS
Function Module: SMO_SNDBITS_SETX creates and sets sndbits according to field list in a segment. Segments form a BDOC (Business Document). This function module is called during mapping of MBdocs to S Bdocs in mobile bridge function modules (e.g., CND_MAST_INT_DEEP_MB_TO_SBDOC while downloading the Pricing conditions, etc). This function module is called during upload and download of data from CRM to CDB. Please read SAP note numbers 437495, 431434, 450756520799, 599508, 580764, 603606 and 606111 for solutions to various data exchange issues.
