Are there any legal issues regarding calling BAPIs using an SAP named license account? Especially in cases where there could be multiple concurrent calls? We developed a Web application that exposes a functionality in SAP and is being used by hundreds of users everyday.

Unfortunately the legal ramifications can be quite complicated. There is no
alternative to checking your contract with SAP, and if that does not help,
your legal department has to talk to SAP to find out whether you are entitled
to run your application without buying additional licenses.
