Customer logs on to the Internet Sales or Internet Self Service using User
ID and password. Select the order that the customer wants to track and push the FedEx/UPS/* tracking button. The system then picks up the tracking number from the delivery and automatically fills the tracking field in FedEx/UPS/* Web site and displays the tracking information. This functionality is possible through SAP Business Workflow/Webflow.
You need to configure the following:
1) Web forms
2) Web Transactions
3) HTML Templates
Depending on the customer requirements, you may need to customize the Business Objects as well.
