QUESTION POSED BY: rehanma@hotmail.com on 24 September 2008 I'm interested in studying SAP FI/CO. I have a Bachelor's degree and recently completed an MBA in marketing. I am 40 years old and have worked for 18 years in different positions in India, Saudi Arabia and the U.S. Do you suggest I go for it, or just forget it?

You have to make career decisions based on your goals and interests. I don't think age matters as long as you set a goal and are committed to it. It may not be easy to find your first job in SAP, but, if you are willing to work hard and you are committed, you can find a job. You may need additional training in the right area first.
