All you can do through the SAP standard is what is offered by transaction BD12 (Bapis: BAPI_VENDOR_GETDETAIL), which is probaly less than you need. If this is not enough, you may need to write your own functions to collect the necessary data and send it over. Maybe you want to check with SearchSAP SRM experts as well, maybe they have some code to share.
