QUESTION POSED ON: 06 March 2008
I am maintaining a proficiency level scale ranging from a 1 to 4 rating against a qualification in Personnel development. I want to be able to pull this proficiency level rating on the smart form of an appraisal template through the TEM module. When I generate an appraisal form for a person, how do I find the name of the table where the proficiency level rating is being stored?

EXPERT RESPONSE
The scales used for maintaining proficiency ratings are maintained on table V_T77SK. The field name you should reference is SCALE_ID.
