QUESTION POSED ON: 05 December 2007 How do you download the CRM relationship from R/3 partner function? In other words, in R/3 the payer has ship-to, sold-to, and bill-to. How do I maintain these relationships in CRM from R/3? Can I download them as the master data download?

These ship-to, bill-to, payer of sold are downloaded as business partners from R/3 and are related with the sold-to by relationships "is a Ship-to", "is a Bill-to" and "is a Payer". You use the Customer_Main to download the customer and Customer_Rel to establish the relationships. You use Bupa_Main and Bupa_Rel if an industry version of CRM is used.
