QUESTION POSED ON: 06 November 2007
I have three years of sales and marketing experience in the automobile industry and one year of experience in a retail customer service center. I've also received my MBA recently and am planning to make SAP CRM my area of expertise. Without IT and real-world SAP experience, will I be ok in the area of SAP CRM?

>
EXPERT RESPONSE
You should choose to get trained in the SAP CRM IC Webclient call center application with a special emphasis on the Automobile Industry vertical. The training for a beginner like you could be anywhere between six months to one year. After that, you can try your hands in a real time project.
